A Safe Place To Heal

&  Move Forward

Perhaps anxiety keeps your mind racing. Maybe past trauma still affects your daily life. You may find yourself repeating unhealthy relationship patterns, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from who you truly are.

At Kennedy Counseling, I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment wounds, relationship difficulties, divorce recovery, and recovery from emotionally abusive relationships, including narcissistic and personality-disordered abuse.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where healing can occur and lasting change becomes possible. Together, we work toward moving from emotional survival mode to greater peace, clarity, confidence, and healthier relationships.

You Are Valuable

No matter what has brought you here - you matter!

While every person's journey is unique, therapy may help you:

  • Experience relief from anxiety and depression

  • Recover from painful or abusive relationships

  • Heal from the effects of trauma

  • Navigate divorce and major life transitions

  • Improve relationships and communication

  • Develop healthy coping skills

  • Reduce self-criticism and increase self-compassion

  • Identify and change unhealthy patterns

  • Gain a stronger sense of identity, purpose, and direction

  • Build confidence and emotional resilience

  • Experience greater hope and peace in daily life

The Value of Counseling

Unlike a tangible product, the value of counseling is found in transformation.

Therapy is a collaborative process designed to help you think differently, feel differently, relate differently, and function more effectively in your daily life. Many clients experience meaningful growth, symptom reduction, improved relationships, and increased emotional well-being.

Because each person's circumstances, goals, and level of engagement are unique, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. However, therapy can provide the support, insight, and tools needed to create lasting positive change.

You are invited to fill out this form and we will contact you within 2 business days to schedule a free 20-minute consultation or schedule a session
